Exercise your right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may withdraw from an eligible online purchase without giving a reason.

You may exercise this right at any time after placing your order. You do not need to wait until the goods are delivered. For purchases of goods, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods. If goods from one order are delivered separately, the period expires 14 days after the final item is received.

Use the link below and select the relevant order. Submit a cancellation request if the goods have not yet shipped, or a return request if they have been delivered.

By submitting the request, you are clearly notifying HYULOVE that you wish to withdraw from the purchase contract. Submit your request before the withdrawal period expires.

After submitting your withdrawal, you must return delivered goods within 14 days. Refunds and returns are handled according to our Refund Policy, without limiting your statutory consumer rights.

If you cannot use the electronic function, contact us at hello@hyulove.com with your name, order number, and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase contract.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your online purchase without giving a reason.

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to let us know that you wish to withdraw. If your order is delivered in multiple shipments, the 14-day period begins when you receive the last item from that order.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have another 14 days to send the products back

You do not need to create an account. Enter the email address used for your order and follow the verification process to access your order.

Select the relevant order and submit your cancellation or return request. You will receive confirmation once your withdrawal request has been submitted.

Alternatively, you can email hello@hyulove.com with your name, order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.

Returning Your Products

When returning a product, please make sure:

• The product has not been used or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.
• The product is returned with its original packaging where reasonably possible.
• Any applicable health or hygiene seal remains intact. If such a seal has been broken, the right of withdrawal may not apply where permitted by law.
  
• You send the product back within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

Handling a product beyond what is necessary to inspect it may result in a deduction for any resulting loss in value, where permitted by law.

Please do not send returns to the address shown on your original shipping parcel or directly to our fulfilment partner.

Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns:

• You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the products to HYULOVE.
• If your order has already been shipped, you may notify us of your withdrawal immediately. Please wait for the parcel to arrive and then return it to the HYULOVE return address above, unless we provide different instructions
• We recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping your proof of postage.
• Return postage paid directly to the carrier is not reimbursed by HYULOVE.

The customer is responsible for the return shipment until it reaches HYULOVE.

Refunds

When you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the amounts due using the same payment method used for your original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

If you withdraw from your entire order, your refund includes:

• The price paid for the returned products; and
• The cost of our standard delivery method.

If you return only part of an order, the original delivery cost is not refunded.

If you selected a more expensive delivery method, such as express shipping, we are only required to refund an amount equal to our standard delivery cost.

We will reimburse the amounts due without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned products or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the refund appears in your account.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise does not conform to your order, please contact hello@hyulove.com.

Please include:

• Your order number;
• A brief description of the issue; and
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging, where reasonably possible.

We will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Where HYULOVE is legally responsible for the return, you will not be required to pay the applicable return costs.

Exchanges

HYULOVE does not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, you may return an eligible product in accordance with this policy and place a new order separately.

UK Customers

UK customers have applicable statutory cancellation and consumer rights.

For most online purchases, you have 14 days after receiving your order to tell us that you wish to cancel, followed by another 14 days to return the goods. Standard delivery costs are also refundable where required by UK law.

Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory statutory rights under UK law.
